Youth Field Day 2025:
On Saturday May 31st we will host another wonderful day as 200 kids and their parents wander the grounds for the annual of York Area Sportsmen for Youth, Youth Field Day. Kids ages from 8-15 experience different outdoor activities from the shooting sports, to canoeing, fishing, an obstacle course, demonstrations from Game Commission Officers, trappers, Ducks Unlimited and others. The kids are sent home with goodie bags, tired, dirty, fed and happy.
The parents get a chance on raffles too.
We want to thank all of the folks and local sportsmen's clubs who make this work. It is a marvelous thing to be a part of!
The best part? Thanks to the volunteer efforts of the York Area folks, a bunch from IWLA 67 and Hopewell Fish and Game, all of our presenters, and many local monetary sponsors, this event is free to all participants.
